Return procedure
At Palor & Vent, customer satisfaction is a priority. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Important Notes
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges are not possible — simply place a new order if you need a different item.
• Items that have been worn, show signs of use, or carry scents (such as perfume, smoke, or other external odors) will not be accepted, even if sent within the return period.
• Items with damage, stains, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
